So, you hope you've conceived - however - there's no way to be sure until the end of your cycle, when you can take  pregnancy test.  If you've concieved, then your body will be going through some changes already.

The oocyte, the egg, fertilized by the spermatazoa, or sperm, and is now ready to attach to the wall of your womb, where it will gradually develop, dividng one division at a time to form a tiny embryo.
