How do I know if I'm pregnant?  This article outlines some of the major physical clues that you may have a bun in the oven.  Some of these are good indications, however, you should ensure you use a pregnancy test to determine pregnancy!

Tenderness

Some parts of your body may become extraordinarily tender, particuarly your breasts.  This can be one of the first tell-tale signs of pregnancy.

Delayed Period

Your period can be delayed for a large number of reasons, however, pregnancy is certain to cause this.  You cannot be, so far as we know, pregnant, and still have your period.
